- Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, withdrawal rights, cancellation rights, right of regret, and any exceptions are governed by these Terms, including the User Rights section, and by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Due to the nature of Flockpass’s offering, including access to creator-led events and experiences, withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights may not apply in all cases, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Flockpass may review refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law, payment provider rules, fraud prevention requirements, safety concerns, chargeback management, or platform integrity reasons.
